Who stands behind Ina2B?

 

Just Ina - this is how I'm known by the people in my circle :)

 

I spent 17+ years in the world of retail banking, navigating everything from the technical puzzles of CRM infrastructure to the fast-paced world of digital sales.

 

I’ve led a team through a significant CRM transformation and seen firsthand

where the gaps are.

 

Three years ago, I decided to move from corporate leadership to independent consulting.

Since then, I’ve been working as

a freelance consultant, predominantly 

collaborating with a big banking group operating in the CEE market.

 

So, what’s with the name Ina2B?

It’s a bit of a play on words

(and a tribute to what makes me tick)

 

The first B is for Banking - it’s my foundation and where I’ve spent my career.

 

The second B is for Behavioral Economics.

I am fascinated by the psychology behind consumer decisions.

 

Why do customers click?

Why do they stay loyal?

Why do they walk away?

 

I realized that a CRM is just an expensive

piece of software unless you understand

your customers' behavior.

 

How do I work?
